So, the thing is simple..I quit my job at MTW Studios about one month ago, this was basicaly because I was being exploded and misstreated, besides more nasty things I'd to stand.
As work experience 10 points.. I learn the nasty world of working enviroment and with the lil touch of mediocricityI know there are worst places...but they pay much more than less than minuim salary and you get registered as a worker (dunno how you say when a company or something hires you and the state knows you're hired)
I also had to stand seeing how some co-workers basically ripp some other's stuff to finish quicly their own..such as GTA building backgrouds to replace them on a so known presentation for a program here..riping internet pictures and art. And with ripp I dont mean copy style....literally... steal.
I was labeled as the "slow" coz I rather quality and do my own job
Keep and quiet....I hanged till I couldn't stand anymore...I actually miss some of my co-workers who we really nice to me at some point. That place is not an animation studio, sadly....I was driven to choose a place like that coz there isn't much place here to do what I like...I like animation...but....I did none....I spent coloring animations thou....stupid tedious work for a stupid tedious standard presentation and I also was "incharge" of making a magazine here....effing ugly work, trust me, specially if you dont even like to do it, but I stand it coz I needed the job and more specially, the money.
Nowadays I'm having a short place project for which I'm drawing massibly..something on my own, and in touch with other, but this time, games studio here....let's see what happens
Kids, my advice....If you dont want to get exploded..don't ever try to work on MTW Studios here in Uruguay, you can do better than that....the funny thing is that I'm like the 10th person who left for quite the same reason..coincidence?...I don't think so
I rather work everywhere else but there, and no it's ok ^^
There is a convention here soon...and I mght have a surprise for some or many...stay tunned ^^

Here, there is a company that keeps hiring new graduates from my college to work as interns. More than half of the graduates end up for this company where they do most of the work for free, it counts as 'learning experience' =__=;

I hope that you have luck finding a studio that`s up to your standards, cause god knows, with your talent, it`s DEFINTLEY okay for them to be very high.
Te recomiendo que seas freelance, yo trabajo asi, siempre trato de mezclar la eficacia con un trabajo personal o de buen gusto, lo que pasa es que en ilustracion ambas cosas no van muy de la mano, por el tiempo y tmb el dinero que invierte el cliente ( es muy normal que el cliente no valore lo que esta comprando ni menso tenga idea como lo hicieron, aka calcar un dibujo )
y bueno eso, aunque lo ideal seria vivir de lo que le gusta a uno, como los grandes idolos del manga..pero bueno, hasta a ellos les eh leido en entrevistas que por tiempo tuvieron que haces cosas desesperadas.

Te prometo ke estoy tratando lo mas que puedo..y por fuera de aqui haciendo muchas mas cosas y cosas diferentes, bien sabras que mientras te mueves enmas estilos y medios diferentes de alguna forma te vuelves mas rentable ^^

si puedes hacer cosas asi, te va a ir super bien, a mi realmente no se me da ese estilo asi que eh ido avanzando mi pintado de a poco, tambien quizas te hiria super bien haciendo un manga o algo asi, empieza con algo online, algo chiquitito para llamar la atencion quizas.
No se, bueno eso, mucha suerte en tu independencia ^^ es dificil pero las recompensas al final son altas^^
