My Okami Contest Entry
A contest that DevianArt is running along with CAPCOM [link] ...deadline is this 30th O_O
Download is enlabled as part of the submition rules
I saw it for first time and thought, I've no idea what to do!, so I found the Okami Artbook and started to study the style for two days, along with...what to draw...many many many sketches, really O_O...I gave a thought bout what Okami game was about and I came up with this
Wow..Okami style mix with sumi-e ancient japanese style with new shapes, I really really like the game
I wanted to draw Okami fanart for long now, i think it's such a great game with such a great and studied character designs, they're quite funny at the same time ^^
I used some resources the contest gave us such as the Okami logo and the map BG, i think the logo to appear was really really important
The characters seen here are: Amaterasu (the wolf), Sakuya (The goddess in watermark at the right) and Issun (the lil fairy with the green glow)
I really hope to win, it would be quite awesome for me ^^
Okami and al it's characters belongs to Capcom and Clover Studio
